My 24th birthday was just allright. My awesomeness colleagues surprise me two days before my birthday and the next day too. Thank you!

Hows everyone doing lately? =) Hope ya'll doing great and weekend just ahead of you, BIM has prepare more than 3 events in the group for this week and next week. Do check the events out yes? Whats even better, its FREE entry. No tickets to purchase for some events.

Whats new from my side? Hmpf. I've been very busy preparing for upcoming VIMA2010 especially handling for nominated Brunei acts that includes contests as well.

Its been hectic weeks! But i'm loving all the things i'm doing, i've done for all Brunei Acts since day one. Since i started this off alone and not forgetting with the help from our very own VOIZE.my Brunei Ambassador from Malaysia, Siva Zaphod Chandran. He is the one who found me. HAHA. Thanks man! Finally i made every Brunei Acts dream come true with my own effort, my sweat, my saliva, semua lah pokoknya. LOL! Get noticed, get named, get recognized in Malaysia! Phewwwwww! =DD It was worthwhile!

Deja Voodoo Spells racked up 9 nominations, while James Baum and Altimet shared nominee honors with 6 each. Plenty of newcomers, especially acts from Brunei.

Next up is the 2nd phase of judging. On December 3rd, 2009, we will launch the online voting page, of which 30% of the scores will be tabulated from this platform.The remaining 70% of the scores will be decided by a panel of local and international judges.

**So..try and create the biggest buzz and hype about your act all over the web and media (spread the word to as many fans and friends). This is quite crucial as we will be enlisting a few potential sponsors and clients to scout and endorse indie acts as their brand ambassadors or even sign them up for a deal.

Guys..there are no winners or losers when it comes to VIMA..its a whole journey called experience!!

So..while congrats are in store for the nominees, we hope the ones who did not make the cut will continue to keep their dream alive and we at Voize and VIMA promise to support you guys. So do drop us a line should you need any help to promote you. Also..dont forget, you get a second chance with the Asian Indie Music awards, AVIMA 2010. **This time round, the top acts of VIMA 2010 will stand a chance to be promoted to top artistes,labels and producers in USA.
